GDFL Preview: Xtreme South Division Title, Rockets vs Outlaws

Huntsville, Alabama -Saturday July 27th, two southern giants of the Gridiron Developmental Football League face off for the second time this season. With the division title on the line it becomes quite obvious what’s at stake. 

Facing the Tri-City Outlaws (7-0) the Huntsvilles Rockets (6-1) need to win by a margin of 17 points over the Outlaws to win the Xtreme South Division themselves.

The Rockets made a statement with their win over the Grizzlies 43-2 on the Road.Hopefully they can build off of it in the GDFL regular season finale.

The Outlaws are red-hot and the have the #1 defense in the nation allowing just 10 points on the season and winning 3 straight in impressive fashion. The question is….will their defense once again be the difference and crown them kings of the south in 2024 or will Huntsville be able to win back to back divisional titles.
